Loss and grief not only cause mental distress, but also have impacts on our physical bodies. Yoga is a proven and effective technique to heal our bodies and calm our minds. During this class we will guide you in a gentle practice of yoga, breathwork, journaling and mindfulness to provide a means to process loss and grief so you can take care of your self with self compassion through difficult times.
